| [mood: relaxed/hurting] [music: Cut Copy - Hearts on Fire] Today was the first day of classes, and so far, everything has went well. I just got back from my last class of the day, Geography 1010, and the teacher let us go early, simply due to the fact that we really were not all that interested in staying for 50 minutes while he ad-libbed his way through the introduction. My first class was Social Sciences 1010, and my teacher is so cool. He's very laid-back, and cusses a bit. It's relaxing in a way to hear a teacher say the word, "shit." :DDDD My second clas was Science 1010, and my roommate, Stepahnie and I have the class together. So, we go to class, wait about 30 minutes for the teacher to come in, only to find that classes were cancelled for that day, until Wednesday. So, this day is going well, so far. My feet hurt tremendously, and I'm so homesick and I can't seem to eat anything without having an urge to vomit immediately. Later on today, I'm going to buy my books, meet up, or try to meet up with Michael, Travis and Matt. Go on a ghost hunt with them, find an on campus job, and do my "homework". I hope tomorrow goes just as smoothly, and plus, WE'RE HAVING A FRIGGIN POOL PARTY WITH A WATER SLIDE TOMORROW NIGHT, talk about awesome. | | |
| Ok, so I've been gone for 2 days. I, unfortunately, had to go spend a couple of nights with my other young cousins.
Saturday: I did not leave to go to their houses until 9:00 that evening. After they came to pick us up, we went shopping for food. We came to their house, they baked us two pizzas, then we they stayed up past 3:00 giggling, and watching the Disney channel. Fabulous. [/sarcasm]
Sunday: It was actually really adorable what happened Sunday morning. i woke up, and overnight, my young 11-yr-old cousin and my 9-yr-old cousin came up with this 'shack'. They made little menus and everything. So, I went into the kitchen, and my cousin gave me a menu, and sked me what i wanted for breakfast off of the menu. it was so cute~ >w< Let me tell you, these kids cook better then most adults, so ha! After breakfast, we all played various games involving hiding under blankets in the dark, and throwing a ball or two. :(
Monday: Played more lame games, then i came home. My uncle, my cousin and i all sat and watched 10,000 B.C. and meet the Browns.
Right now: I have a headache, and I'm bored. :]

Ok, so I've been in Bossier City for a week now, and these past two days have been the most fun I've had all week, minus that FABULOUS conversation between Stu, me, Kas, and Geno. :) :)
Ok, so, Friday:
My uncle took the day off from work, since his job had enough people to watch over. So, he comes home, and we discuss what we're going to eat. We go to Wal-Mart to pick up the ingredients. LOL, I kept getting stares. obviously I'm not from here, durh. So, after we got the ingredients for my uncle's self-proclaimed 'World Famous Chicken and Rice casserole', and 'Kool-Aid pie', we drove home. LOL, ON THE WAY TO THE APARTMENT, THERE WERE A CAR OF GUYS, AND ONE OF THE GUYS IN THE BACK SEAT LOOKS AT ME, AND HE WINKED. That made my day, just the way he did it. xD
So anyway, after my uncle finished cooking, we ate the casserole, and his friend called and told us to meet them at the boardwalk. So, we drive to the Boardwalk, and it was AMAZING. Let me tell you guys, 7-8:00 is the BEST time to go to the Boardwalk. The weather was PERFECT. It couldn't have been better. So, we walked around a bit, since my uncle's friend HAS TO ALWAYS be late. It's not even fashionably late, either. =\
So, we walked around, and we ended up stopping at this water fountain, and we just stood on the bridge next to it, and watched the water. I think this happens everyday, or every Friday, but at exactly 8:00, they play this American song, and do a water/light show in the fountain. it was so pretty, you guys. Unbelievable.
After the water show was over, we went to the arcade to play some games. I FUCKING OWN AT MARIO KART, K? I love that game. i also played some DDR with my uncle. It was his frist time, and let me tell you, HE BEAT ME!! HAHAHA HIS FRIST TIME PLAYING! We both were on begginner too, man I suck, Lol.
So, I got on this rollercoaster simulation ride, which was pretty much a waste of 8 coins. =\ It was a good back massager though!
LOL, I played air hockey with my lil cousin, Alexis, who is 4, btw. I ended up beating her, but I told her she won. >_>
OMG HOT GUY! :D :D :D :D :D
Hmmm, I played another game with my lil cousin Alexis, the game where you have to roll the ball in the circles to earn tickets and stuff. SHE SUCKS SO BAD AT THAT GAME, OMG. Like, she'd throw the ball so hard, it'd end up in like, the next lane's goal, or it'd bounce off of the rail, and roll on the floor across the arcade. OMG, this one time she threw it, it bounced off the rail, AND IT BROKE!!!!!!! THE FUCKING RAIL BROKE!! I LOL'D SO HARD AT THAT!!
So, to help her out, I'd grab a ball, walk up to the circles, and put it in the one with the highest points. XDDD I win.
But, I sitll own so hard at Mario kart. After we played at the arcade, WE WALKED BY THAT HOT GUY AGAIN, OMG, AND WE WERE TOTALLY STARING AT EACH OTHER. I'm such a dork... LOL. Then we went back home with them, and ate some Kool-Aid pie, which sounds ghetto, but It's actually quite delicious.
Today:
We woke up around 10:00 a.m., got dressed, and went to meet up with my uncle's friend again to eat at IHOP. I haven't been to IHOP in YEARS, and it was also my second time going. lol, I'm a hermit.
So, I ended having some delicious cream cheese stuffed, cinnamon-raison french toast, topped with strawberries, strawberry syrup, and whipped cream. It was heaven in my mouth you guys!! I also had some scrambled eggs, bacon and a hashbrown.
After we ate at IHOP, we walked next door to Starbucks, and it was my first time going, because you know, I'm a hermit. LOL Anyways, i ended getting a delicious Caffe Latte, and DRANK IT ALL! Now I want to vomit it all out, Lol.
So, basically we're SUPPOSED to be spending the night at my cousin's house, and ooh boy, Alexis. [/sarcasm] She's going to want to brush my hair and paint my nails ALL NIGHT LONG. she's treats me like a life-size Barbie doll. Lol. I'm hoping, praying that something comes up, and we can't go. I'd squeal with joy.
But man, Do I want to go to the Boardwalk again...
